EVENSON Marjorie May March 9 1920 — October 27 2020

EVENSON, Marjorie May
March 9, 1920 — October 27, 2020
After a brief illness, Marjorie left us to join her family and friends in heaven. She leaves behind her son Larry (Linda); son-in-law Garry Hunter; grandchildren Ricky (Royal), Cindy, and Michelle (Mike); great-grandchildren Karli (Jake), JC, and Taylor; and great-great-grandson Mason. She also leaves a large number of nieces, nephews and their extended families.
Marjorie was predeceased by her parents, Mildred and Harry Martin; her husband Joe Evenson; her daughter Darlene Hunter; and 10 brothers and sisters.
Marjorie was born into a farming family at Parkside, Saskatchewan. After the death of her husband in 1972, she moved to Kelowna to have her siblings nearby. She made a wonderful new life for herself. Her life in Kelowna was busy with family, friends, and the Evangel Church. Marjorie will be remembered for her strong faith, kindness, and style. She was a Lady.
Marjorie will be greatly missed.
