Linda Minnie Conrad October 28 2020

Conrad, Linda Minnie – Age 72, of Gays River Road, passed away peacefully at home on October 28, 2020 with family by her side. Born in Glace Bay, she was a daughter of the late Walter and Mary (Dixon) Turner.
Linda was always community minded and will be most remembered as a caregiver for many years looking after many seniors and children.
She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Iver; children, Ellen (Conrad) Ollie (Peter Turner), Truro; Walter (Teri)(Canning) Conrad, Upper Stewiacke; grandchildren, Jacob (Jessica) Ollie, Jessica (Ainslie) Brown, Jenna Conrad (Cory McEwan); great-grandchildren, Abbigail Ollie, Jack Ollie and Hattie Brown; siblings, Anne (Dixon) Rambeau, Dingwall; Tom (Linda)(Smith) Turner, Milford; Barbara (Turner)(Albion) Leslie, Grand Manan; Bryston Turner, Halifax; Shirley (Turner) (Bobby) Clark, Lower Sackville; Carvell Turner, Grand Manan.
She was predeceased by brother-in-law, Joseph Rambeau.
Cremation has taken place.
In keeping with COVID-19 restrictions, a family graveside service will be held in Milford Cemetery.
Memorial donations may be made to Canadian Cancer Society.

Arrangements are under the direction of Arimathea Funeral Cooperative, Upper Musquodoboit.
