Obituary of Jo-Anne Kennedy
Kennedy, Jo-Anne passed away peacefully at her residence in Woodstock on Monday, October 26, 2020 in her 89th year. Jo-Anne was a resident of Aylmer for many years. Beloved wife of the late J.B. Kennedy(2004). Loving mother Danny Kennedy(Brenda) of Morriston, Pam Van Heukelom(Rob) of Lucan and Traci Kennedy(Jason Rodak) of Woodstock. Special Grandma to Jeremy(Andrea), Jaime(Scott), Jill(Dan), Justin(Becky) and K’Lee. Great-grandmother of Nicholas, Emily, Lily, Ellie, Kennedy and Lucy. Also survived by a sister Elinor Grey(late John) of Strathroy and a number of nieces and nephews. Born in Tillsonburg on November 20, 1931, daughter of the late Harold and Ena (Kelly) Hunter. Jo-Anne was an avid quilter, especially her famous baby quilts. She was a former member of the Aylmer Opti-mrs. Jo-Anne was a receptionist for Dr. Scott and Dr. Robinson on Sydenham Street East. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, friends and family who wish to attend the visitation or funeral may call the funeral home at 519-773-8400 (Masks are required). Visitation at the H.A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer on Wednesday Oct. 28 starting at 6:30 pm where the funeral service will be held on Thursday Oct 29 at 11 a.m. Interment, Straffordville Cemetery.
