Marie Emily Cole
1946-2020
Marie Emily Cole, of Lower
Coverdale, passed away at home with her family by her side on Monday,
October 26, 2020. Born in Brookton, Albert County, she was the
daughter of the late Stafford and Mary (O’Connor)
MacEachern.
Marie worked as a Hearing
Instrument Specialist at Innovative Hearing Solutions prior to her
retirement. She will be remembered for her love of
gardening, reading, knitting and spending time at the shore in Caissie
Cape with her husband Gary and their amazing friends.
Marie is survived by her husband
of 54 years Gary, sons: Stephen (Jeanetta) Cole, Troy
(Katie) Cole, sister Grace (Wayne) Smith, brothers: Harold, Bertrand
(Myrna), Gordon, grandchildren: Marisa, Bridget, Emma, Evan.
And she will be missed by her many nieces and nephews all around the
Maritimes and beyond.
Aside from her parents, Marie
was predeceased by her sisters: Eleanor, Evelyn and her brother
Jerry.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, a
private service will take place at Cobb’s Funeral Home and
Cremation Center, 330 Whitepine Rd., Riverview, (869-2007). Interment
to take place in Riverside Albert Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of
flowers, donations may be made to the Friends of The Moncton Hospital
Oncology Unit.
