Marilyn Parks 1942 2020

Obituary of Marilyn Parks
PARKS, Marilyn (Oliver)
Passed away peacefully on October 26, 2020 in Kingston, Ontario at the age of 77.
Beloved wife of the late Mike Parks and loving mother of Joanne (Darren) Parks-Paul, Jeffery (Kristina) Parks, and Suzanne Lowry.
She will be dearly missed by her grandchildren: Joel, Jackson, and Chloe; and her brothers and sisters: Catherine (Gareth) Kellett, Ray (Gwen) Oliver, Mary (Paul) Croft, and Bill (Gail) Parks.
Marilyn was quick to make friends and enjoyed lasting friendships in Kingston and the many other communities where she lived; some of these friendships connected through a mutual love of music.
Marilyn will be remembered by friends and family as someone who was both so very kind and gentle and, at the same time, so incredibly strong. Her heart of gold, and her sensitive, loving concern for all, will be missed by everyone who knew her.
She will always be in our hearts.
Memorial donations can be made to the University Hospitals Kingston Foundation, or a charity of your choice.
In accordance with Marilyn’s wishes, cremation will take place, and there will be no visitation or funeral service.

Our most sincere sympathies to the family and friends of Marilyn
