Alan Wright was born January 14th, 1933 in Leeds, England and passed away on Sunday, October 18th, 2020. He was predeceased by his first wife, Violet in 1987 but found love again with Elaine. Mourning his loss are his wife of 31 years, Elaine Wright (née: Macht); brother, Lawrence Bielby -Wright (Sylvia); step-children: Robert Neal (Julia), Lorne Bultitude (Maureen Boesch), Lynn Carter (predeceased – Dr. Henry), Sheila Wickenheiser (Dr. Eugene) and all their families.
Al was a skilled painter and avid reader. He and Elaine enjoyed their summers in Kelowna, BC and their winters in Mesa, AZ where they developed many friendships playing tennis, bridge and dancing. In caring fashion, Al encouraged a move in 2017 to Elaine’s childhood home of Regina, SK to be closer to her family.
