SWEENEY (ZILKE), Susan Joyce – Passed away at home surrounded by the love of her family on Friday, October 16, 2020 in her 73rd year. Beloved wife of Larry P. Sweeney. Loving mother of Jenifer (Mark) Taylor, Jacqueline (Ken) Book and cherished step mother of Sara (Rob) Sweeney and Lynn (late Craig – 2019) Sweeney – Hodgins. Loved Nana of Lance Taylor, Mackenzie Taylor, Ethan Book, Jordan DeKraauw, Matthew DeKraauw, Kyrson Hazen, Saige Hodgins and Aeryn Hodgins. Dear sister of Barbara Ellison (Jack), Denise Lee (Michael), Bob Heath (Heather), Graham Heath (Lillian), late Michael Heath, and the late Terry Heath (Sandy). Susan will always be remembered by her many nieces and nephews, by the Zilke family, her dear friends Cathy Sibley, Joanne Martin and Tracy Heath, her horse family and the Tea Girls. Predeceased by her parents Charles and Joan Heath. Susan was an animal lover at heart and will be sadly missed by her dear horse Harley. A celebration of life will be announced at a later date. Cremation has taken place. If desired, memorial contributions to the ALS Society or the Donkey Sanctuary of Canada would be appreciated and may be arranged through the Brock and Visser Funeral Home, Woodstock, 519-539-0004.
