Hardy M. Roberts
1942-2020
Passed away October 2, 2020, Hardy Maxwell Roberts of
Twillingate, at the age of 78
years.
Hardy was predeceased by parents Winne and Roy
Roberts; grand-parents who raised him, Cecil and Lily
Roberts; infant son Travis; sisters: Myrtle, Verna, Marjorie and
Shirley; and brothers: Austin, Hector, Maxwell and
Roy.
Hardy leaves with saddened hearts, but beautiful
memories: wife Nina, children: Danny (Stephanie) and Brenda;
grandchildren: Susan (Andy) and Mitchell (Julie); great granddaughter
Elizabeth; sister: Jean (Roy) and Cora (Lloyd); as well as a large
circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and
friends.
In light of the current Covid-19 pandemic, the
health and safety of our families and our community continues to be
our highest priority. At this time, there will be a private family
service with burial at the United Church Cemetery, Rink Road. Hardy
loved children, so donations in his honor may be given to the
Children’s Wish Foundation.
