Acker, Laura Ethel (Bower) age 82 of Shelburne, passed away September 29, 2020 at Roseway Hospital.
She is survived by her 9 children: Anne, Dartmouth, Helen (Arnold) Jordan Falls, Carrie (John) Porters Lake, Bonnie (Robert) Port La Tour, Patti (Martin) Jordan Bay, Willie (Angie) Sandy Point, Lew(Barb) Shelburne, Jamie(Suzanne) Dartmouth and Nikki Halifax as well as 19 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren and her only sister Silvie Peterson, Jordan Bay.
She was predeceased by her ex-husband George H Acker, her parents Reginald and Laura Bower by her brothers Alvin, George, Wilbert, Maurice, Richard and Bruce.
There will be no visitation. A private family interment will take place.
A special thank you to Dr. Keeler and all the support staff at Roseway Hospital.
