It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our dear mother, sister, grandmother and friend Muriel O’Brien, on September 23, 2020 at the Halifax Infirmary unit 8.1. She was predeceased by her Father, Morris Rudolph, Mother, Ella Mai (Young) Rudolph, and sister, Jean Westgaurd. She is survived by her 3 children that she loved dearly: Harry Ward, Lewis Lake; Heather Ward, Lower Sackville; Bernie Ward (Tanya), West Dover; Brother, Harry “Buster” Rudolph(Charlotte), Yarmouth. She had 5 grandchildren Nicholas Colp, Donald Mosher, Bernice Mosher, Catherine Duggan, David Ward and several great grandchildren. Muriel was an avid knitter who enjoyed sharing her gift with her community. She loved making people smile and laugh, and always loved beating everyone at a game of crib. Many thanks extended to to the Halifax Infirmary unit 8.1, the palliative care team, and Ronald A. Walker funeral home. Cremation has taken place and a celebration of life will be taking place at a later date.
