The sudden passing of
Laura Jean Steele of Fredericton NB occurred on Saturday, September
19th, 2020 at the Saint John Regional Hospital
after a lengthy Kidney disorder. She was
55.
Born in Kentville N.S and a graduate of FHS in 1982,
Laura worked as an Optician before serving in the Canadian Armed
Forces until her retirement at which time she was employed for Circle
K.
Survived by her parents Carmen Eugene and Grace
(Kennard) Steele of Fredericton, one sister Elaine Steele of
Fredericton, many aunts, uncles, and cousins across Canada. She was
predeceased by her
grandparents.
There will be no visitation or funeral service at
Laura’s request. Donations in her memory can be made to the
Kidney Foundation of Canada or to a charitable organization of the
donor’s choice.
