Obituary
The family of Frances Mary Densmore sadly announce her passing which occurred on September 15, 2020 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Saint John on November 27, 1944 she was the daughter of the late Charles Francis and Ruth Constance (Preston) Osborne.
Surviving are her daughters; Helen Robbin-Anne McDougall (David), Marie Elizabeth Saunders (Chris Walsh), Carol Ann Saunders-Madu (Doug) and Lorrie Gail DeLong (Derreck), sisters; Janet Webber (Donald) and Catherine Stanaites, her grandchildren: Cheyenne, Adam, William, Myles, Miranda, Kyle, Rebekah and Taylor along with several great-grandchildren, cousins, nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents she was predeceased by her husbands; John William Thomas Saunders and Lloyd Densmore, her son John Fitzgerald and her sister Grace Elizabeth Walton.
Above all else, her family meant everything to her, which includes the special bond she had with her feline companion Bailey. She was a great supporter of many organizations for the years.
Resting at Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road, Saint John (646-2424) on Monday, September 21 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated from St Mark’s Catholic Church, Quispamsis, September 22 at 11:00 am. Interment will follow in Brown’s Cemetery, Baines Corner. Please note that Covid 19 restrictions will be observed, and masks are strongly recommended. Remembrances may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association or the Canadian Cancer Society.
