Obituary
Mr. Dale Purdy, beloved husband of Mrs. Denise Purdy of Coronation, Alberta, formerly of Taylor, British Columbia, passed away the University of Alberta Hospital, Edmonton, Alberta on Tuesday, January 14, 2020 at the age of 75 years. Dale was born at Rabbit Lake, Saskatchewan, June 10, 1944 to Charlie Smith and Lillian Mitchell. He was married to Denise Levoie on June 10, 1968. Dale worked in the Oil Patch as a Heavy Equipment Operator. They moved to Coronation to live near family. Dale will be lovingly remembered by his devoted wife, Denise Purdy of Coronation; his daughter, Evelyn Denise Mary Purdy and her partner, Smitty Read and their children, Alexis, Seamus, Carlos and Jennifer of Coronation; his son, Edward Purdy and his partner, Sharon and their children, Alandra and Danielle of Prince Albert, Saskatchewan and six grandchildren, as named. He will also be sadly missed by his brothers, Ron Purdy of Alberta, Ivan Smith of Leoville, Saskatchewan and his sister, Rose Berhudoff of Saskatchewan. Dale was predeceased by a brother, Lyle Smith.
