Milan Michale Thursday September 3rd 2020

Michale, Milan:
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Milan, with his family by his side, on September 3rd, 2020 at Grand River Hospital at the age of 68 after a courageous battle with cancer.
Beloved husband of Jarka for 47 years.
Loving father to Milan (Jennifer) and cherished Dedo to Emilia and Addison.
Dear brother to Rostislav (Dasa) and Jan (Hana).
Predeceased by his parents Jan and Anna, sister Anna and brother Lubos.
Milan was a very loving and generous man whom you would often find in the kitchen cooking for family and friends. Milan was a hard worker and a dedicated mentor to many aspiring chefs over the years. Cooking was his passion, not only his job. When not in the kitchen you would often find him with his wife, son, and most importantly his two precious granddaughters Addison and Emilia. His favourite time with them was playing in the pool and doing everything their hearts desired. He loved his family more than anything in the world. Milan also loved all his friends dearly and would do anything for any one of them. He was a genuine and kind hearted man and spending quality time together was always his top priority. He will be greatly missed by all friends and relatives.
Private cremation has taken place and a celebration of life will be held at a later date. As expressions of sympathy donations to Grand River Hospital Foundation – Cancer Centre would be appreciated by the family.
Special thanks to all the Doctors and nurses at Grand River Regional Cancer Centre and ICU staff for their dedicated and compassionate care of Milan over the last few months.
