Obituary of Eleanor Wyatt
Wyatt, Eleanor
On Thursday September 3, 2020, Eleanor passed away peacefully in her 94th year at her home in Kingston with family by her side.
Florence Eleanor Wyatt (nee Willis), born in Seeley’s Bay, leaves behind her loving children, Heather Wyatt (Blake Carson) and Tom Wyatt (Heather). She was an amazing Nana to four granddaughters, Kaitlyn, Kathryn Carson, and Jennifer and Deborah Wyatt. She was predeceased by her husband, Jack Wyatt (1999), and her baby son, David James (1957), as well as her siblings Elsie, Dorothy, Mike and Eric Willis. She will be missed by many friends and relatives.
Eleanor was a proud registered nurse (KGH Class of 1949), and worked at Northern Telecom (17 years) as well as RCA Victor, KGH, Dupont, and KCVI.
Eleanor enjoyed playing cards, alley and turkey foot especially at her Grippen Lake cottage. Whether friend or relative, she beat us all.
Respecting her wishes, cremation has taken place.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions, cremation has been entrusted to the James Reid Funeral Home and there will be no services at a later date.
Donations would be kindly appreciated to the University Hospitals Kingston Foundation or charity of your choice, in Eleanor’s memory.
Our most sincere sympathies to the family and friends of Eleanor Wyatt 2020..
