Obituary
Brian MacKenzie
1945 – 2020
On September 1, 2020, Brian went to be with his Lord and Saviour, Jesus. He leaves to mourn his loss, his loving wife Judy, his sons Scott and Ryan (Yuliya), granddaughters Aleksandra and Kyla. Brian is predeceased by his brother Blaine, father Stanley, and mother Veryl. Brian was born in Dawson Creek B.C. and lived there with his mother until they relocated to Edmonton at a young age. Brian attended the University of Alberta where he received his Bachelor of Education and he taught high school for over 30 years. He was an avid water-skier, snowmobiler, motor cyclist, collector, and car enthusiast. And, he loved his family dearly. He will be missed by those who knew and loved him. The family would like to thank Dr. Kilian, and the many care aides/ nurses that attended to him at Haven Hill. Due to Covid-19, the family has had a private service. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Parkinson’s Society of BC.
