Francis Robert Fraser “Frank”
Frank passed away peacefully with his family by his side on Wednesday August 26, 2020 at the Cowichan District Hospital. Born in Polwarth, Saskatchewan on January 8, 1931. He was predeceased by his wife Norma in 1982 and his brothers Fred and Pat. He is lovingly remembered by his family, wife Patricia, children Deanna, Shelley (Berky) and Lori (Dave), his siblings Mary, Harry (Doreen) and Joe (Linda), grandchildren Shae, Cyndi and Austin. He is also survived by his stepchildren Brenda (Dev), Brian (Joli), Brad (Andrea), Susan (Don), grandchildren Stacie, Kimberly, Elizabeth, Carolyn, Erica, Katherine, Donalda, Trevor, and Coulter as well as 6 great grandchildren.
Frank owned and operated Dickson and Fraser Auto Repairs in Duncan for many years. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather and brother. He was a survivor of the Korean War and a longtime member of the Royal Canadian Legion. He will be truly missed by all who knew him.
A private family service was held followed by interment in Mountain View Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in his name to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of BC of the BC Cancer Society,
