Born on November 24, 1926 to Harry and Ettie (Budd) Arstall, on their homestead in Mullingar SK. Richard was one of nine children.
He is lived on by:
wife of 60 years Katherina Arstall
daughter: Laura (Rick) Penner
sons: Cory Arstall, Brent (Violet) Arstall
granddaughters: Lisa (Jarod) Moffatt,
Amy (Dustin) Penner, Olivia (Juston) Arstall,
Morginn Pushee, Kolton, Aubree.
great grandchildren: Emily, Issac, Ryelinn
sister Alice McAllister
brother: Art (Irene) Arstall
brother: John Arstall
and many nieces and nephews.
