Obituary
Craig John “Flint” Rowe, passed peacefully away with his family by his side after a courageous battle with cancer, at the age of 49 years, on August 9, 2020 at the Health Sciences Centre, St. John’s. Predeceased by his grandparents: John and Victoria Rowe and Frank and Mary Martin. Leaving to mourn with fond memories his parents: Jack and Judy Rowe of St. Anthony; brother: Colin (Nicole) Rowe of St. John’s; sister: Carla (Jason) Sharpe of Stephenville, NL; niece: Olivia Sharpe; nephews: Jack Sharpe and James Rowe; close buddies: Trent and Shawn. As well as a large circle of aunts, uncles, cousins, and good friends. Special thanks for the wonderful care and support from the hematologists, staff of 4 North A and ICU at the Health Sciences Centre in St. John’s. Craig was an avid salmon fisherman and spent a lot of time in his happy place on the river, especially Main Brook. As well his immense knowledge of computers and technology were always an asset to those who knew him, particularly when they needed help. Funeral services will be held at a later date in St. Anthony. In lieu of flowers, donation’s may be made in Craig’s memory to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of Canada.
