“We are deeply saddened by the sudden loss of Ronald Bruce Grist, beloved loving husband of Dianne, brother of Tony, Barry, Allen and Maureen, Father of Laurie and Darryl, Father in law to Ana and Eraldo, Grandfather to Alexis, Chase, Lance, Lauren, and Landri. He was a respected Police Officer in Toronto and the remaining of his career for Peel Regional Police. His dedication to helping others continued long after his retirement with his family always a priority and assisting others when in need. His loss is a void that will never be filled and we miss him dearly. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to The Heart and Stroke Foundation.”
