Obituary for Dorothy Roane
Peacefully on Friday July 31, 2020 at Lambton Meadowview Villa, Dorothy Ilien Roane (nee Barnes) of Petrolia, passed away at the age of 87. Predeceased by her husband John Robert “Bob” Roane (1999) Dear mother to Dave and Marilyn Dew of Wyoming, Debbie and Doug Stinchcombe of Petrolia, Rick and Giselle Dew of Alvinston, Elaine Hamilton of Petrolia, Ed and Betty Roane of Wyoming, Pat and John Howes of St. Clair Township, Jerry and Jeannie Roan of Wyoming, and Jan and Don Lumley of Petrolia. Loved grandmother of seventeen grandchildren and twenty-six great grandchildren. Dear sister to Vivian Dennis, Geraldine Corbit, Don Barnes, Ron Barnes and Terry Barnes. Predeceased by her brothers, Gerald, Raymond, Robert and Wayne. A private graveside service will take place at Hillsdale Cemetery.
