What blew me away was when one of the pallbearers showed up with muddy shoes and your staff were so non-judgemental, commenting not to worry, took his shoes and cleaned them up for us. They just take care of things, right down to the canceling of personal cards (driver’s licence, credit cards, etc.). He allowed us the opportunity to take the aches to the cemetery – we never thought we would want to! Absolutely everything was done to ensure our wishes for the service were carried out.
