Ronan – The family of James
Robert Ronan sadly announce the passing of Jimmy on Tuesday, July 21,
2020 at the Prince County Hospital in Summerside after an extended

(Cassidy) and Gerry Hayes. Jimmy received his early and high school
education in Summerside. After high school, he attended ST. Francis
Xavier University receiving a BSC in Math. He continued his
studies at Boston College receiving a MA in Math. After a career of
teaching at St. Dunstans/UPEI he retired to Summerside. The family
wishes to thank whomever may have helped Jimmy over the years and most
recently Mike Cameron for his generous help. Also special thanks to
the doctors and nurses at Prince County Hospital for the excellent
care provided to Jimmy. Resting at Moase Funeral Home, Summerside. Due
to the Covid-19 pandemic, funeral arrangements are postponed to a
later date. Those wishing to make a donation in Jimmy’s
memory could consider Diabetes Canada, Alzheimer Society or a charity
