Obituary of Joseph Francis Parlee
The death of Joseph Parlee of Saint John, loving husband of the late Helen Beckingham, occurred on Monday, July 20, 2020 at his home. Born on June 11, 1945 in Saint John, he was a son of the late George and Floritta (Casey) Parlee.
Ted will be lovingly remembered by his daughter, Raquel Todd (Roger); precious grandson, Kyle Joseph Todd; step-son, Stevie Gaudet; brothers, Edward, Tony, David (Winnie), Norman and Jerry (Cindy); sisters, Judy Parlee Fairweather (Larry), Gail Parlee Collins (Joe) and Colleen Parlee Belliveau (William); sisters-in-law, Sandra McEachern and Peggy Briand; along with several nieces, nephews and extended family. In addition to his parents and wife, he was predeceased by his brothers, Robert and William; as well as his sisters, Shirley and Barbara.
Teddy had a long working career as a Taxi Driver throughout the city. This was a career he truly enjoyed and where many friendships were made.
In keeping with Teddy’s wishes, no services will be held. Arrangements are under the care and direction of Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (634-7424).
For those who wish, remembrances may be made to Diabetes Canada or the War Amps.
