Passed peacefully away at the Health Sciences Center on Sunday, July 19, 2020, John Howard, age 81years, born in the UK, lived in Alberta, moved to Newfoundland. Predeceased by his parents Doris (Baines) Howard & Norman Howard, brothers Mervyn (deceased) wife Doreen, Keith (Dorothy), and Norman (deceased). Leaving to mourn with fond memories his devoted companion and wife, Helen Goulding, his faithful furry friend,Tiddles the cat who was “daddy’s little girl”, his children Iain Howard (Ottawa), Andrew Howard (Iqaluit), and their mom, Joan Howard, a very dear friend to John, brothers Bill Howard (Kathleen), Stephen Howard and sister Vera Ainsworth (husband Wilfred deceased). Special friends Gary Simmons, June & Will Hannasford, Joan O’Driscoll, Julia & Tony Johnson and his many friends in Korea. Special thanks to Dr Joanne Lane and Dr Bautista and the staff of 5 North A. Cremation has already taken place. Funeral will be held at a later date in the UK. A celebration of life will follow date to be determined. Donations can be made to the SPCA in John’s memory.
