Floyd Shepherd Colpitts
Floyd S. Colpitts, 83, of
Moncton, passed away peacefully at The Moncton Hospital on Sunday,
July 12, 2020.
Born in Kinnear Settlement, he
was the son of the late Hartley and Hazel (McCulley)
Colpitts.
Floyd was an engineer with
Transport Canada with 35 years of service.
He will be sadly missed by his
daughter, Kara Colpitts; grandchildren, Alana and Tray; great
granddaughter, Andreanne; sisters, Ena Thorne and Alice Crandall; as
well as several nieces, nephews and extended family
members.
In addition to his parents, he
was predeceased by his wife, Gail Colpitts (2012) and his
siblings.
A private family funeral will
be held at Fergusons Funeral Home, 1657 Mountain Road, Moncton
(858-1995). Interment will be held in the niche at Fair Haven Memorial
Gardens.
In memory of Floyd, donations
to the Greater Moncton SPCA (www.monctonspca.ca/en) would
