With broken hearts we announce the unexpected passing of Jim Stevenson at the Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre on Thursday, July 9th, 2020. Jim Stevenson at the age of 59 loving husband of Janice. Proud father of Jason, Jennifer, Mathew, Ryan and Rachel. Beloved son of Norma (the late John B.) Stevenson and brother of Peggy (Bosco) Beerworth, Anne Stevenson (Ron Taylor) and Gord Stevenson (Jody Crompton). Jim will be very fondly remembered by his uncle Grant Wallace, sisters and brothers in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins, many many friends and dedicated office staff of Stevenson Insurance Brokers. Jim had a passion for golfing and was a longtime member of the Barrie Country Club. Friends and family will be received at ADAMS FUNERAL HOME, 445 St. Vincent St. Barrie (just north of Cundles Rd.) on Monday, July 13 from 4 – 7 p.m. Funeral Service will be live streamed at www.youtube.com/channel/UCv01OP9TCdLAKuSOVIZupmQ. on Tuesday, July 14, 2020 at 11 o’clock.
