Obituary
Robert “Bob” Gordon Keet, 77, passed away suddenly on June 30, 2020 in Calgary Alberta. He was born August 14, 1942 to Alton and Adelphine Keet (née Hills) in Magog, Quebec and grew up in Georgeville, Quebec. He attended school in Georgeville and moved on to Princess Elizabeth High School Magog until 1961. On January 15, 1978, Robert married Dolores Delfin at the YMCA Youth Centre in Arroceros, Ermita, Manila, Philippines. Robert enjoyed fishing, camping, and volunteering. He also enjoyed playing hockey when he was younger. Robert was a photographer in New York and had some of his work on public display at Grand Central Station in New York City. He also worked as a flooring installer for 30+ years before working as a baker for Tim Hortons. Robert would help friends and family who needed it. He is survived by his wife Dolores; his three sons, Karlo, Shawn, and Michael; three sisters, Sandra Matthams, Susan Laxton, and Diane Warrington; brother Daniel Keet; as well as many nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his brothers Raymond and Steve; his grandparents; and his parents. Thank you to South Health Campus for the support. Also thank you to Evan J. Strong Funeral Services for the cremation arrangements. A private gathering will be held on August 15, 2020 for his Celebration of Life. Never forgotten and Always Loved.
