Lyle Edward Worm
July 5, 1957- June 29, 2020
After a lengthy battle with congestive heart failure and diabetes, the family of Lyle Edward Worm are saddened to announce his passing on June 29, 2020.
Lyle was predeceased by his parents Joseph “Edwin” Worm and Emma Jean Worm (Machiskinic); and his two sisters Sherry and Valarie Worm; as well as his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Thomas and Hazel Bitternose; and brother-in-law Sid Bitternose.
Lyle is survived by the love of his life, Agnes Bitternose; and their four (4) children: Angela (Delvern) and their children Nathaniel, Delvern Jr., Aaliyah, and Teagan; Marlene (Stacey) and their children Darnell, Freedom, Hunter, Jonnie, Aragon and Sherry-Lynn; Valerie (Doug) and their children Rylan Lee, and Laura; Lance (Symone) and his adopted son Eric “Tatoom” Machiskinic (Denise). Lyle is also survived by his siblings Veron (Peggy), Lester (Glenna), Geraldine, Greg (Cheryl), Patricia, Ralph (Shawna), Shelly (Delmont), Lori; brothers-in-law Harvey, Ken and Wes; sisters-in-law Alice and Mary. Lyle’s family also wishes to recognize his best friends-brothers Howie Anderson and Elvis Assoon; Lyle made many friends while playing pool and golf, too numerous to mention, but he always recognized many as dear friends and family. Lyle is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grandchildren, cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends that will miss him dearly.
Wake will be held Wednesday July 1, 2020 at 4:00 p.m. in the Asiniw-Kisik Education Center, Kawacatoose First Nation. Funeral service will be held the following day, Thursday July 2, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. in the same location. Interment to follow in the North Cemetery, Kawacatoose First Nation.
