Born at the family home in Lobo Township, died on Monday, June 29, 2020. Sylvia was the daughter of David Clinton Sells (1975) and Laura Rachel Mae Sells (née Edwards) (1982). Sister of Sydney (1982), Mary, Victor (2010), Ruth and Bernard (Dianna). Predeceased by husbands Colin Campbell (1991) and Gordon Cowman (2018). Survived by many nieces, nephews, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law. Sylvia loved history and travel, passing on this interest to her students at Wingham High School for 34 years. She lived a life with many wonderful friends. Appreciation is extended to the staff at Amica London for their support of Sylvia. The family wishes to thank Dr. A. Cahalan, Dr. J. Wells, Dr. D. Tingey, Catherine Litwin of LHIN and their staff. Sylvia wished no funeral service. Cremation has taken place. Interment at the Edwards-Baptist Cemetery on Oxbow Drive. Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Sylvia are asked to consider the Trillium Gift of Life Network. Sylvia was our treasure.
