Boivin, Kenneth Clifford – Ken passed away at KHSC-KGH on Monday, June 15, 2020 at the age of 76. He is survived by his loving son Kenny FT Boivin Jr. (Melissa), step-sons Tom Gencarelli (Tanya) and Gary Johnston. Dear brother of Brenda Ling (Allan) and Heather Hutchins. Ken is predeceased by his parents Clifford Boivin, Dorothy Hutchins, step-father Fred Hutchins and sister Karen Evans. Poppy will be missed by his grandchildren Alexa and Kenny Jr. (KJ). Uncle Ken will be missed by his nephews Rick Pitt, John Veater and Jeremy Veater and niece Kelly Veater. After retiring from Celanese he was often found tinkering in the garage enjoying a beer and a good laugh with family and friends. He lived his life as a tough, compassionate man, often helping family and friends in need. When you were in his company you were guaranteed to come away with your stomach full and hurting from laughter from the stories he would tell. In keeping with the family’s wishes, the funeral service will be private. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations can be made to SNKI (Spay Neuter Kingston Initiative) in Ken’s name for the love he showed his fur friend Baxter.

Our most sincere sympathies to the family and friends of Ken
