Gladys’ Obituary
Gladys Evelyn Williams – of Woodstock, NB passed away at Upper River Valley Hospital in Waterville on Friday, January 10, 2020, at the age of 89.
She was born at Union Corner, NB on September 23, 1930, daughter of the late Herbert and Ella (Atkinson) Grant.Gladys is survived by three sons, Leigh (Irene) Williams, Gerald (Juanita) Williams, Kevin (Mary) Williams, four daughters, Diane (Gordon) Cougle, Rose (Malcolm) Bustard, Jacquie (Dwayne) James, Jean (Stephen) Bustard, one brother Cecil (Marie) Grant and one sister, Geraldine McHatten. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents Gladys was predeceased by her husband T. John Williams, two children Deborah Williams and Daniel Williams, Brothers Wilber Grant, Robert Grant, Eldon Grant and George Grant, sisters Frances Farrell, Elva Wellington, Villa White, Josephine Lutwick, Edith Doody, Phyllis Dixon Maxine Anderson and Helen Williams.
Gladys is resting at The Scott Funeral Home, 815 Main Street, Woodstock, NB With visiting on Tuesday, January 14, 2020, from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm.
Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, January 15, 2020 at 2:00pm from Scott Funeral Home Chapel.
Rev. Shirley Noseworthy will be officiating, with interment in the St. Paul’s Anglican Cemetery, Kirkland at later date.
