Obituary
It is with great sadness the family announces the passing of Cory Dennis Dobbin which occurred at the Kings Regional Rehabilitation Center in Nova Scotia on Saturday, June 13th, 2020. Born 1977, in Nova Scotia, he is the son of Dennis Wagner and Bonnie Handrahan. Cory had a passion for music, and some of his favorite artists were Chubby Checker, Tammy Wynette, Kenny Rogers and CCR. He loved food, especially McDonalds. Cory was affectionate, loveable and funny. He had an infectious smile which made his eyes shine.
Along with his parents, Cory is survived by his sisters Bonnie Jo McDermott (Darren) of Saint John, Tammy Boudreau (Dan) of Willow Grove; nieces and nephews Ryan & Evan McDermott, Brandon Parsons, Tasjah Boudreau; great-niece Nya and special care workers Andrew Roach, Jeff Byrad and Corrina Taylor. Cory was predeceased by his maternal grandparents Joseph and Betty Handrahan and paternal grandmother Hilda Wagner.
Arrangements are under the direction of Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road (646-2424). Due to the ongoing pandemic, private family services will be held at a later date. Donations in memory of Cory may be made to Special Olympics Canada, IWK or the Kings Regional Rehabilitation Center.
