1955 – 2020
Peter Donald Valli of Manor, Sask. passed away suddenly but peacefully on Monday, June 8, 2020 at the age of 65 years, after a short but courageous battle with cancer.
Peter is survived by his mother Mary Valli; brother Bernie, sisters: Betty Hodel (Rod) and Louise Nagy (Jerry); nephew Craig Hodel; nieces: Jennifer Jelinski (Ryan), Chelsea Nagy (Igor), Kiley Nagy (Nick), as well as numerous relatives in Italy.
Peter was predeceased by his father Lawrence Valli.
Family and farming were Peter’s greatest loves, and both were most important to him. He also had a great love for sports – especially his Montreal Canadiens! Peter was a very kind and honest man, true to his word.
Due to the current restrictions on gatherings, a private family graveside service will be held on Friday, June 12, 2020 at the St. Regis R.C. Parish Cemetery, Wauchope, Sask., with Rev. Ronald Andree officiating.
If friends so desire, donations in Peter’s memory may be made to the Cancer Foundation of Saskatchewan (designate to the Allan Blair Cancer Centre), 200 – 4545 Parliament Avenue, Regina, SK, S4W 0G3.
