Obituary for Frederic Scott McKanday
July 9, 1954 – June 8, 2020
After a courageous battle, Scott passed peacefully on June 8, 2020 at Port Perry Hospital. Scott is survived by his loving partner Jane Irving, his mother Alice Truman of Hamilton, sisters Leslie McKanday and Candace Gaudet (Joseph) both of Hamilton, Laura Buckland (Bill) of Sarasota FL and brother Ted McKanday (Joan) of Woodstock, ON. The Irving family, Irene, Walter, Maggie, Sarah, Macey and Ashley will also miss Scott dearly. He will also be missed by his good friends, whom have been so supportive throughout his journey.
Those who knew Scott knew he loved a good party. When safe to do so there will be a “Celebration of Life”.
