Obituary of Annette Kathleen Williams
Williams, Annette (nee Yacks), a resident of Dresden, passed away peacefully at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, Chatham on Wednesday, June 3, 2020 at the age of 57. Born in Chatham, daughter to Allen Yacks (Sylvia) and the late Marilyn Yacks (nee Hill). Beloved wife to David Williams, and the late Tom Griffith (2016). Loving step-mother to Celeste McMurphy (Jordan). Mimi will be forever missed by her grandchildren Emma and Parker. Dear sister to Greg Yacks (Diahn), and Sheila Hamilton (Bill). Cherished aunt to Jessica Yacks, Brandon Yacks, Derek Benoit, Kristyn Alves, Lindsay Hamilton (Jeremy), and Dakota Hamilton. Missed by her fury companion, Molly. Annette had a love for music, she was a soloist with the Country Rovers for many years. She had an artistic touch, decorating many rooms at home and cooking in the kitchen. Annette enjoyed the outdoors tending to her flower gardens and was always up for adventures with her family and friends. At Annette’s request, cremation has taken place. Interment of ashes at Dresden Cemetery at a later date. Arrangements are entrusted to the Badder Funeral Home & Reception Centre, Dresden.
