Frank Joseph Feit
Frank Joseph Feit, 84, of
Grand Bay – Westfield, and formerly of Moncton, passed away
peacefully at The Saint John Regional Hospital on Saturday, May 23,
2020. Born in New Waterford, NS he was the son of the late Joseph
& Pauline (Jamsek) Feit.
Frank attended the School for
the Deaf in Halifax where he met his future wife, Shirley. He attended
the Moncton Wesleyan Church where he was involved in the Deaf Ministry
for many years, and most recently was attending First Wesleyan Church
in Saint John. Frank was self-employed and owned his own upholstery
business. He loved antique cars, thoroughly enjoyed woodworking, and
built his own home, garage and barn plus many other projects. Frank
and Shirley spent many of their years living on their hobby farm. He
loved to tell jokes and was known as a clown amongst his
friends.
Frank was predeceased by his
wife, Shirley (Crockett) Feit. He is survived by his children, Denna
(David) Clark and Chapin Feit; grandsons, Matthew and Brendan Clark
and Dylan Feit; great grandson, Cameron Clark; brother, Michael
(Donna) Feit; close family friend, Leona Richard.
Due to the current situation and
restrictions with gatherngs in New Brunswick, there will be no
visitation hours. A private family graveside service will be held at
Scotch Settlement Cemetery. A Service to celebrate Frank’s
life will be held when restrictions allow.
