It is with broken hearts that the
family of the late ESTHER J. ENNIS of
Marystown announces her passing. Esther passed away at the
Blue Crest Home in Grand Bank on Saturday, May
23rd, 2020 at the age of 89. Leaving
to mourn with a lifetime of wonderful memories are her sons, John
Ennis (Alberta) of the Gould’s, and Paddy Ennis of
Marystown; daughters, Patsy Mayo (Bill) of Marystown, and Mary Ward of
Marystown; 5 grandchildren, Kimberley, Joseph, Daniel, Emily, and Cara
; 1 great-granddaughter, Lyric; sister, Monica Hawco of Cambridge, ON;
sister-in-law, Raili Salminen Kuntzel of Manitouwadge, ON;
brother-in-law, Cyril Fitzgerald of Bell Island; plus a large circle
of extended family and friends. Esther was predeceased by
her husband, Patrick; her parents, Martin and Mary Melvin; son, Donny
Ennis; son-in-law, Harry Ward; brothers, Lawrence Melvin, William
Melvin, Matthew Melvin, James Melvin, Francis Melvin, and Charles
Melvin; sisters, Theresa Fitzgerald, and Margaret
Burton.
Due to the
current Public Health Advisory of COVID-19 a private burial service
will take place for immediate
family only.
