of Palmerston passed away at his home on Friday, May 15, 2020 in his 72nd year. Beloved husband of Beth (McSherry) Ronald for 50 year. Dear father of the late Marc Ronald (1993) and Jason Ronald of Ottawa. Cherished grandfather of Naz and Raj both of Ottawa. Brother of Marnie Ronald of Toronto. Brother-in-law of Ruth McSherry of Ottawa and Pat McSherry of Port Colborne. Predeceased by his parents Jim (1981) and June (1998) Ronald, father-in-law and mother-in-law Pete (1986) and Rae (2003) McSherry and brother-in-law Mike McSherry (1980). To honor Robert’s wishes cremation has taken place. A private family graveside service will be held in the Palmerston Cemetery.
