Bill was an entrepreneur in the printing business, and he believed it was a business’s responsibility to give back to the community. Over the years he was a was a member of the Kinsmen, Bancroft Fish & Game Club and Rocky Mountain Elk Federation, helping to restore Elk to the Bancroft area. He championed all people and animals. He had a love for all animals and nature. Bill was an avid outdoor enthusiast loving camping, fishing, hunting, boating, and snowmobiling. Bill was a quiet man with an ability to make those around him smile with his sense of humour. There was often a mischievous look in his baby blues.
