BELLIVEAU, Philip Joseph – Age 97, of La Villa Acadienne, Meteghan, formerly of Comeauville, passed away peacefully with his son by his side on Wednesday, May 20, 2020, in La Villa. Born in Belliveau Cove, he was a son of the late Louis and Zelphie (Theriault) Belliveau. Philip was a veteran of the Second World War. He is survived by his wife, Rita; son, Gilles; brothers, Delbé, Hector, Louis, Julien, Hubert; sisters, Pauline Gaudet, Corinne Comeau, Claudette Lukenbill, twins Huguette and Renette Belliveau. He was predeceased by brother, Jean; twin sisters, Zellie and Nellie, and sister, Claire. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Meteghan Funeral Home. Cremation has taken place. Due to the current provincial restrictions put in place for Covid-19, a funeral will be held at a later date. Donations may be made to Yarmouth Hospital Foundation.
