Ruth Mae Jewers 1930 2020

Obituary of Ruth Mae Jewers
Jewers, Ruth Mae- Moser River, it is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Ruth Mae Jewers on the 9th of May 2020 at the age of 89 in Eastern Shore Memorial Hospital. Born on December 8, 1930 to the late Basil and Vivian (Turner) Lowe. Ruth was such a kind person, always wanting to do for others before herself. She kept busy doing crafts and made many Christmas ornaments that she generously gave away to friends and family over the years. She was also a member of the CGIT in her teen years and kept in touch with other members of the group, meeting regularly throughout the years. She is survived by her loving husband of 68 years Austin, as well as children Glenn (Jenny), Sheet Harbour, Donna (Eric) Lowe, Gibson Alberta, two grandchildren Brian and Lisa (Jesse), three great grandchildren Hunter, Hailey and Korbin all of Alberta. She was very proud of her family, and always so happy to hear about her great grandchildren. Predeceased by sister Jean Pye, and brother George. Due to current restrictions, services will be scheduled at a later date. In lieu of flowers, if desired, donations can be made to the Riverside Cemetery Fund. Many thanks to the doctors, nurses and staff at Eastern Shore Memorial Hospital for their care and compassion over the past weeks. Online condolences may be directed to www.crowellsfuneralhome.ca
