Obituary of Bonnie Lou Lobbestael
LOBBESTAEL: Bonnie Lou (Eastcott) –
Bonnie passed away at the Blenheim Community Village on Friday, April 17, 2020 at the age of 75.
Born in Chatham on October 7, 1944, Bonnie was the daughter of the late Charlie (2002) and Bertha (McClellan) Eastcott (2013).
Wife of the late Julien Lobbestael (Oct. 2, 2014).
Sister of Joan Thatcher (late Jay, 1999) and Don Eastcott.
Mother of Michelle Lobbestael and grandmother of Jamie Lynn and Addison Blonde of Chatham.
Sister-in-law to Margaret Vlasschaert (late Frank) and Irma Lobbestael (late Ed).
Niece of John McClellan (Marie) and Alta Fisher (late Ross).
Also missed by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Bonnie will be remembered for working in community health care.
A Memorial Service will be held at McKinlay Funeral Home, 141 Park Street, Blenheim at 11:00am on Thursday, July 30, 2020. Those hoping to attend are required to register online at (signup.com/go/HVsFqEW) or phone the funeral home at 519-676-3451. The Bereavement Authority of Ontario has mandated that all those attending must wear a mask. The Memorial Service will also be live streamed on the funeral home website.
