Zetko, Zoltan
Passed away suddenly on November 26th, 2019 at the age of 58. Loving
husband to Zuzana. Proud father to Claudia and Robert. Caring son to
Joseph and the late Ilona (2015) of Serbia. Missed dearly by his sister
Judit Barat and her husband Oszkar. His niece Diana and nephew Norbert
will fondly remember their uncle. He will be missed by his friends in
Canada as well as his friends and family in Serbia.
Zoltan came to Canada on December 1st, 1988, and started a long
and rewarding career at Linamar. He was and always will be well known and
respected by his co-workers. Shortly after meeting in Serbia, Zuzana
followed Zoltan to Canada and they married in 1995. They went on to create
a loving family and build a new life in Canada. Zoltan enjoyed spending time in his
garden and was very involved in his children’s lives.
Visitation will take place at Gilbert MacIntyre and Son Funeral Home, 252
Dublin St. N, Guelph, ON, on Wednesday, December 11th from 2 p.m. – 4 p.m. and
7 p.m. – 9 p.m. A funeral mass will be held at St. John’s Church on Thursday,
December 12th, at 1 p.m. Internment at Marymount Catholic Cemetery.

  1. It was sad to hear of Zoltan’s passing. Having worked in the same area as Zoltan these past years, his steady pleasant nature, and his friendly nod you could always rely on. He brought a positivity with him towards his work and daily interaction with others.
