Zellall Highway, late of Wahpeton Dakota First Nation, SK, passed away on December 26, 2019 at the age of 19 years. Wake Service will commence at 8 p.m. on Tuesday, December 31, 2019. Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, January 2, 2020. Both services will be held at Wahpeton Band Hall.
