It saddens us to announce that Bill passed away suddenly on December 26, 2019 at the age of 65. He will be lovingly missed by his sister Terry Lavergne and always remembered by his dear friends and colleagues. Bill had a long and prosperous career as an Urban Planner representing many municipalities and clients in Ontario.
