It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Suzanne “SueSue” Paquin (née Lafleur) on Saturday, December 7, 2019 at the age of 59. Predeceased by her husband Raymond Paquin and her parents Wilfrid and Hélène (née Roy) Lafleur. Sue was loved dearly by her sisters Francine Pauzé (Ray Brosseau) and Lynn Labelle (Roger). She was cherished by her nieces Jaime Pauzé (Mark Delorme), Jasmine Labelle (Stéphane Lacoste), Kaitlin Labelle, nephew Taylor Pauzé (Sheila) and great-nephew Marek Delorme. She was a dear step-mother to Tina Lafontaine (Denis Brouillette) and Jennifer St-Louis (Edgar), and grandmother to Nichola Lafontaine and Jasmine St-Louis. Beloved sister-in-law to Shirley Melanson (Claude), Suzanne Paquin, Ronald Paquin (Marlene), Estelle Daoust (Manny), Lise Paquin (Garry Larouche), Bob Paquin (Carole) and predeceased by Richard Paquin (Cynthia). Sue was a humble and sweet soul with a kind heart. Her greatest joy in life was spending time with family. She treasured her friendships. Sue was hard working and was meticulous with all of her undertakings. Whatever curve life threw at her, she always had a smile for everyone. As with everything, Sue took on her fight with cancer with amazing courage and strength. The family would like to offer their sincere appreciation to the staff of Maison McCulloch Hospice for the kindness and compassionate care received. In keeping with Sue’s wishes, there will be no visitation or service. Donations can be made to the Maison McCulloch Hospice. Forever loved and in our hearts.
