Obituary of Robert John Myers
It is with great sadness that the family of Robert Myers of Port au Choix, announces his passing at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital in Corner Brook on Thursday, December 19, 2019 at the age of 55 years. He leaves to mourn with fond memories his son Joshua; loving parents Calvin and Kathleen Myers; brothers: Medrick (Sharon), Claude (Rosanne); sister Norma Myers; nieces: Jade, Erin, Stacey; a large extended family and many friends. He was predeceased by grandparents: Thomas & Annie Myers and John & Catherine Hynes. Visitation for family and friends will take place at Fillatres’ Funeral Home in Port au Choix on Saturday 2-4 PM & 7-9 PM and Sunday 2-4 PM & 7-9 PM with a family service 7 PM on Sunday. The funeral service will be held at St. Theresa’s RC Church Port au Choix on Monday at 11:00 AM officiated by Father Raj; interment will follow at Sandy Cove Interfaith Cemetery. Family and friends may send messages of condolence by visiting this website. Arrangements were entrusted to Fillatre Funeral Homes Ltd. Port au Choix.
