March 27, 1948 – December 3, 2019
Died peacefully at Brantford General Hospital on December 3rd at the age of 71. He was survived by his wife of 46 years, Cornelia (aka Corrie), and dear daughter, Barbara Smith (Jason). Also survived by his sister Brenda Lee, niece Karen Rosehart (Don), his Aunt Leona Bell of Ottawa and lots of cousins great nieces and nephews. Grandfather to Jacob, Ethan, Austin and Cameron. Pre-deceased by Parents, John Delos Dennis and Margaret Dennis, brother-in-law, Douglas Lee and infant nephew Kevin Lee. Coin and old die cast car collector, avid golfer, health and safety supervisor, chemical engineer, Robert (Bob) also enjoyed fishing and with his Dad and going camping with his family. Following cremation, friends are invited to visit at THE FERRIS FUNERAL HOME, 214 Norfolk St., S., Simcoe on Monday from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., where a celebration of his life will be held on Tuesday, December 10th, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. Reverend Brian Elder officiating. Private Family interment to follow at Oakwood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the MS Society or Canadian Cancer Society or the charity of your choice would be greatly appreciated.
