On Sunday, December 22, 2019, Father Paul Vantroys passed away at the age of 94 years.
He is survived by the members of his religious community, the Missionary Oblates of Mary Immaculate; brothers, Jacques and Philippe; many nieces, nephews and friends.
Father Vantroys was predeceased by his parents, Gaston Vantroys and Augusta Dubois; brother, Pierre; sisters, Janine, Christine, Geneviève and Monique.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, January 3, 2020 at St. Albert Catholic Church, 7 St. Vital Avenue, St. Albert, AB with interment to follow in the Oblate Plot at St. Albert Catholic Cemetery.
Friends who so wish may make a memorial donation to the Missionary Oblates, 3 St. Vital Avenue, St. Albert, AB, T8N 1K1.
